DOMAGO processes information, including personal data. This policy aims to inform about how personal data is processed and the rights of individuals whose data is processed.

The protection of our users’ personal data is of great importance to us. DOMAGO processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). Through this policy, we aim to be clear, precise, and transparent about how we process our users’ personal data.

1. Types of Personal Data Processed by DOMAGO

DOMAGO processes personal data voluntarily provided by users, which includes name, surname, date of birth, gender, OIB (personal identification number), citizenship, phone number, email address, place of birth, address, current educational institution and grade or year of attendance, information about extracurricular activities, language certificates, levels of foreign language proficiency, desired study or educational program, desired country of continued education, and year of beginning or completing education, audio and video recordings, attachments to contracts (such as CVs, cover letters, copies of IDs and/or passports), health data, and financial data about users and their parents or guardians. Detailed information on the types of data collected and processed will be provided during specific activities.

2. Cookie Policy

Our online services and products use cookies and pixel tags. Cookies do not harm the user’s computer. These are small configuration files that help make our online services more accessible, efficient, and secure. 3. Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data provided by clients is processed and used exclusively by DOMAGO for its purposes. This includes:

  • Submitting applications for various types of education and participating in events organized by DOMAGO.
  • Contracting – data necessary for contracting and providing services described in the contract.
  • Completing contact forms – data provided by users is used to process inquiries and stored in accordance with the law.

4. Sharing Personal Data

DOMAGO may share personal data with strategic and/or contractual partner institutions. When data is shared with third parties, their level of data protection is verified. Personal data may be shared with third parties to provide contracted services. Personal data will also be shared to meet legal requirements or achieve certain rights and benefits.

If data is shared with third countries (outside the EU), it will be ensured that data is shared in compliance with laws and adequate levels of protection. DOMAGO is not responsible for data protection on third-party sites like Facebook, Google, etc.
